Hi, I’m Annalise Cairns BSc (Hons) Adult nursing and independent nurse prescriber. I am a qualified adult nurse and an associate medical injector at Paragon Aesthetics.

I qualified as an adult nurse at Queen’s University Belfast and went on to complete foundation and advanced aesthetic courses in Belfast. I completed my Independent Nurse Prescribing (V300) qualification at Salford University. I moved to Northumberland in 2018 where I worked in the NHS alongside working in facial aesthetics.

I am immensely passionate about empowering patients to become their best selves through subtle non-surgical enhancements. As a mum of a toddler, I know how important it is to want to have time to look and feel your very best. I love to help my patients achieve their best self. My extensive medical background allows me to prioritise patient safety and deliver a holistic approach to aesthetic treatments.

Dr. Chloe Aucott

Qualified Dentist

Hi I’m Dr. Chloe Aucott (MChD/BChD with Distinction, Oral Science BSc, Biomedical Science BSc Hons) I’m a Dentist and senior associate medical injector at Paragon Aesthetics.

I qualified as a Dentist at the University of Leeds and went on to train in all aspects of facial aesthetics by completing foundation and advanced courses with Acquisition Aesthetics. I’m also trained in medical grade skincare with ZO Skin Health that allows me to prescribe skincare regimes for many different problems. It’s important to feel comfortable in your skin and after suffering with adult acne myself and having my skin transformed, I am ZO Skin Health’s number one fan. I was also nominated for Rising Star of the Year in the Aesthetics Awards 2023.

My extensive dental education allows me to carry out facial aesthetics to the highest standard. Most of my week, I’m a General Dentist providing both NHS and cosmetic dental treatments alongside facial aesthetics at Church Street Dental practice in Durham.

Dr. Elle Claire Reid BDS, MFDS RCS

Qualified Dentist

Hi I’m Dr Eleanor Claire Reid (BDS Newcastle, MFDS RCS Edinburgh), I am a qualified Dentist and the director of Paragon Aesthetics. I am originally from the North West but relocated to Newcastle in 2007 to attend dental school. Whilst gaining a Bachelor of Dental Sciences degree at Newcastle University, I fell in love with the North East and decided to make it my home. Since my initial training in aesthetics in 2015 I have undertaken over 20 courses, conferences and masterclasses nationally and internationally in aesthetic medicine, in addition to being selected as one of Teoxane’s ‘Top 20 UK injectors’ in 2022 and invited to attend the prestigious Ayad Harb Aesthetics Intelligence fellowship.

I am committed to both my own and my team’s continued professional development as well as raising the standards of education with in our field of medicine, acting as a clinical lead for training faculty Acquisition Aesthetics as well as regularly acting as a contributor in journal articles in the aesthetic medicine sector.

My motif is that each and every treatment is unique to the individual, I pride myself on delivering truly bespoke treatment plans for each of my patients depending on their individuals needs. I love how my work allows me to make men and women feel truly amazing in their own skin.

Leanne Shiells

Skin Therapist

Hi, I’m Leanne, Paragon Aesthetics’ Lead Skin Therapist. I’ve been working in the beauty and aesthetics industry for over 15 years, during that time I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of my clients feel more confident in their own skin.

I hold an NVQ Level 3 in Skincare, a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, and an Assessors’ Award and I’m trained in microdermabrasion as well as advanced treatments such as facials, peels, Hydro2Facial, microneedling and 3D visage skin scanner assessments offered at Paragon. My career has taken me from teaching and assessing at Tyne Met College, to building up my own loyal client base in salon settings, before joining Paragon as the clinic’s dedicated skin therapist.

I take pride in the relationships that I build with my clients, taking time to understand your individual needs, whether that’s treating specific concerns like acne, pigmentation, or skin texture, or simply giving you the confidence boost that comes with a healthy, radiant glow. I believe in creating a welcoming, supportive space where every client feels listened to and cared for, and where treatments are always beautifully to you.

Hi, I’m Lynda. I’ve dedicated most of my career to the world of skincare. From my early days as a beauty therapist to over 15 years managing Space NK, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of women and men feel confident and radiant in their own skin.

My passion for skincare runs deep and I believe in the power of personalised, results-driven treatments that enhance natural beauty and support long-term skin health. I’m thrilled to be joining the exceptional, medically-led team at Paragon and to bring my expertise into this next exciting chapter.

As part of the front-of-house team, my role is to ensure your experience at Paragon is welcoming, seamless and stress-free from greeting you at the door to answering phone enquiries and making sure every appointment runs smoothly and comfortably.
