Frequently asked questions
We’re excited to share that our clinic is moving to a new location! To make the transition as smooth as possible, we’ve put together this FAQs page to answer common questions about the move. We are committed to ensuring your experience remains seamless and stress-free and we can’t wait to welcome you to our new space.
Why are we moving the clinic?
We’ve been in our Ouseburn clinic for over 5 years, but we’ve outgrown it and want to create a bigger, purpose-built space to better serve our patients. Our new clinic in Whitley Bay has allowed us to design a fully accessible beautiful environment from the ground up, with more treatment rooms, improved facilities and space for future growth.
Where is the new clinic located?
From October 10th we will be permanently closing our Ouseburn clinic. The new premises will be in Whitley Bay, close to the coast. It’s easily accessible by car, bus and Metro, with nearby parking available. We’ll share the full address and directions with you ahead of the move.
When will the move happen?
We’re working hard behind the scenes to make the transition as smooth as possible, with the planned opening date of November 11th.
What will be different about the new clinic?
We will have a larger, brighter custom built space designed with your comfort in mind. More treatment rooms, meaning greater availability of appointments and extended opening times including two Saturdays a month. Enhanced patient experience with a new front of house to greet patients on arrival and assist with your pre and post appointment questions and a purpose-built environment that designed to meet Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards for healthcare quality and safety.
What does CQC registered mean?
We are currently working towards CQC registration, which means our clinic meets the highest standards for safety, governance and patient care. It also gives us the opportunity to expand into additional services in the future, such as wellness, longevity and women’s health, always with the reassurance that these are delivered to strict medical standards.
What extra services might you offer in the future?
Our goal is to create a hub of care. Alongside our advanced aesthetic treatments, we’re exploring complementary services such as skin health, wellness, longevity and women’s health clinics. We also plan to collaborate with other like-minded trusted businesses that align with our ethos that can share our space to help our patients feel and function at their best.
Will this affect the treatments I currently have?
No – all the treatments you know and love will continue, but in a brand-new, upgraded setting. You may even find it easier to book your preferred time thanks to the increased number of treatment rooms.
Will prices change because of the move?
Our prices are staying exactly the same. We remain committed to transparent pricing that reflects the high-quality treatments and expertise you expect. Alongside this, we’ve been working on exciting new skin treatments that will launch with the opening of our new space.
Will I still see the same team?
Yes – the same trusted team will be there to look after you. The move is about giving us a better environment to work in, not changing the people who care for you with the addition of our new team members Lynda on front of house and skin specialist Leanne.
What does the new hub and learning space mean?
As part of our expansion, we’ll be creating a professional hub with learning and treatment spaces. This allows us to host training and education and community based events and to collaborate with complementary businesses who share our values. It means our patients will have access to a wider range of expertise under one roof.
