Presenting complaints
- Feels face as dropped
- Believes jawline is heavy and early jowls starting to form
- Previous tear trough correction and has been very happy with the treatment outcome – has had this treatment on a couple of other occasions and it now lasts for 24 months but now feels a re-treatment is required
- Has regular upper face toxin treatment to treat dynamic lines and prevent the formation of static lines as well as incorporating a brow lift into her treatment
- Has started to notice horizontal necklace line/tech neck and requests treatment of these

Treatment plan
After discussing the process of facial ageing and the importance of a holistic approach to treatment Nicola understood the importance of treating the face as a whole and embarked on a treatment plan of:
- Appt 1 – cheek augmentation 2.4ml, chin and jawline fillers, upper face toxin and brow lift – cheeks formed the cornerstone of the facial aesthetics by restoring volume to the midface, lifting the jawline and lower face and giving support to the under eye. This wasn’t sufficient to completely restore contour to the jawline therefore fillers were placed directly into the chin and jawline to restore structure
- Appt 2 – review of cheeks, tear trough first treatment and necklace line fillers
- Appt 3 – review of tear trough and touch ups of previous treatment
- Appt 4 – facial with our advanced skin aesthetician Lucy to be scheduled
Treatment was purposely staged over a series of weeks to ensure the patient gained confidence with treatment and to avoid too much change too quickly. Tear trough was performed over two visits, this is standard protocol here at Paragon Aesthetics to avoid over treatment of this delicate area.
